In February 2004, HypZert reached a cooperation agreement with the US Appraisal Institute. The agreement includes a provision that HypZert Real Estate Valuers may become members of the AI through a simplified application procedure and vice versa.
In October 2012, RICS and HypZert/vdp reached an agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) that reflects their mutual recognition and cooperation. Their joint objective is to raise the standards of valuation in the real estate industry.
The IVSC is one of the world's largest and most renowned standard setters in the valuation sector. WAVO – The World Association of Valuation Organisations represents their interests in the area of real estate valuation.
