IVSC and WAVO

Headquartered in London, the IVSC is a global non-profit organisation which sets uniform international valuation standards for corporate appraisals and is responsible for their professional development. With specialists from more than 137 countries and more than 200 member organisations, the IVSC is one of the world's largest organisations in the valuation sector. HypZert has been a member of the IVSC since July 2018.

Increasingly, property valuation is a cross-border issue. Investors, international financial institutions and private individuals from all over the world buy and sell real estate in Germany and are looking for property valuers whom they can trust for their transactions. 

In view of this, a WAVO mark has been created which can document high quality and valuation expertise worldwide to international clients, uniformly and transparently.

The title of WAVO World Recognised Valuer (WAVO WRV) is conferred by WAVO’s member associations to appraisers who meet the applicable criteria. HypZert (F) and (MLV) valuers meet these strict requirements in full, so that HypZert can freely award the HypZert WAVO WRV title to all appropriately certified valuers.

The IVSC is the publisher of the International Valuation Standards (IVS). The standards include principles on valuation approaches and procedures as well as on the valuation of property and intangible assets.
