HypZert is by far the largest accredited certification body for real estate appraisers in Germany. Since 1996, we have been certifying under the internationally recognised criteria of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024.
HypZert appraisers are experts; currently there are around 2,300 valuing real estate professionally in Germany. They also have particular expertise in mortgage lending value determination.

Initiatives
Long-Term Sustainable Value Network
The main objective of the network initiated by the vdp and HypZert is the promotion of a sustainable value (L-TSV) as the basis of valuation for lending purposes as well as the development of an internationally applicable method for determining MLV.
