Approved by HypZert – the seal of approval for valuation companies

Companies that carry out real estate valuations are expected to meet exacting quality standards. In order to convey to clients and customers that these standards have been fulfilled, HypZert awards the seal Approved by HypZert.

For companies to be awarded this seal, they must meet the following requirements, among others:

At least two HypZert valuers must be working at each company location and at least 75% of the management and the valuers working in the company must be certified by HypZert.
At least 80% of the company’s total turnover must result from real estate valuation.
All employees of the valuation companies must comply with the code of ethics for HypZert valuers.
A data protection officer must be appointed who meets the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), in particular with regard to specialist knowledge and independence.

Further information is obtained by way of a voluntary commitment – for example on the range of services provided by the company and on quality and process management.
