The HypZert exchange programme is designed to give valuers the opportunity to get to know the special features of other real estate markets and valuation methods in a practical way and on site. In recent years, internships for HypZert valuers have been realised in Spain (Madrid), Italy (Bologna), France (Paris), Hungary (Budapest), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), the USA (New York) and Singapore. 

Objectives

  • Gain experience in renowned valuation companies or banks abroad
  • Professional exchange & further education
  • Getting to know the valuation procedures typical for the country, the real estate market and the data basis
  • Networking
  • Deepening the knowledge of foreign languages

Target Group

Preferably junior staff with a connection to property valuation abroad

Duration of the internship

2 - 4 weeks

Documentation

Afterwards, stagiaires draw a written report or prepare a presentation about their internship and make it available for all HypZert valuers.
