The new HypZert website – New features at a glance

The new HypZert website launched in January 2020 comes up with a multitude of new features. These are the most important ones:

The new side menu

On the right side of your browser window, you will find a quick selection menu to access the most frequently used pages with just one click.

You can also still reach these pages via the main navigation.

The Search

The new Search function can be found at the top right corner of your browser window. It is a full text search which searches through all articles, presentation, studies and module books available on the website.

The list of results is initially sorted by relevance, but can also be sorted by date. Using "Type of Content“, you can filter your results specifically, e.g. searching in “Studies”.

Next to the result headlines, various symbols can be shown. If you are logged in, you can download any documents, otherwise a “lock” symbol will be shown. A “shopping cart” symbol depicts contents available in the shop.

The calendar

Our new Events & Dates overview shows all dates, such as examinations, regional group meetings or other events, at a glance.

On top of the calendar, you can select your desired category of event.

A click on the "Read more“ button leads you to event details and to the registration, if applicable.

When you wish to look for examination dates for a certain certification, click on “Certification & Qualification” in the main navigation and select “Dates”. You can filter specifically.

The Valuers Search

We have added a map to the Valuers Search. This makes the Search more comfortable.

News

The most recent news are shown on the start page. All news posts can be found under “News” in the “Company” section of the main navigation.

Regional Group meetings

As usual, you will be invited to regional group meeting by e-mail.

Please note the new format of the meetings on the website. There is now a separate date for each meeting. Meeting dates will now also be shown in the Events & Dates overview, even if topics and speakers are not yet known. This is to allow for a long-term planning. Registration to the meetings is possible by click on the date.

The Valuers Corner – Your members’ area

Here, you will find all important content for your daily work.

The Forum

The Valuers Corner Forum has been created as a new exchange platform exclusively for HypZert valuers. Every certified valuer has access to the forum.

The first thing you should do is adjust your username and photo. This works with the square button with the letter at the top right. If you click here, a drop-down menu opens in which you select "Change profile (Profil ändern)". On the left side, you can now customize your profile picture and your displayed name. It is best to check your e-mail address so that you do not miss a post in the forum.

There are currently various open and closed categories. Open categories are accessible to all HypZert valuers and can be filled as desired.

An example would be the regional groups: Please suggest topics, give us feedback, exchange ideas within the regional group. Everything is possible. You can create and discuss various topics within a category.

There are separate closed groups for the Professional Groups and the Regional Group Coordinators.

Please feel free to tell us if you would like to open further categories.

The Library

Your Valuers Corner now features the library. The library collects all important documents. In various categories, you can find module books, lectures from regional group meetings or the Annual Conventions, regional data, regulatory documents, and much more.

Your Browser

In order to be able to make full use of all the new feature, please use an up-to-date browser, ideally Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
